This is one of my favorite time-savers of all time. While editing your email message, click on the Insert Menu, then Signature. You can use the Font or Advanced Edit buttons to make changes to your signature. Then, go into: View->Toolbars->Customize, choose the middle tab Commands, scroll down to auto-text. ![]() Give your signature auto-text a useful name, and save it. Then, highlight your full sig, click insert, auto-text, new.
